ISIS claims responsibility for attack on Israeli border guard.

The Border Police officer killed in a coordinated stabbing and shooting attack in two areas in Jerusalem’s Old City on Friday evening was identified late Friday as Hadas Malka, 23. The three attackers, all of whom were members of Palestinian terrorist groups, were shot dead in the course of the attacks.

The jihadist group in an online statement said three IS fighters had targeted “a gathering of Jews” in an operation Friday, and warned that “this attack will not be the last.”

“With God’s help, we succeeded in carrying out an attack in the heart of Jerusalem, near the Temple Mount,” the group said.

This could be a LARP, as Palestinian groups are claiming they are the ones who did it. She was kinda cute, to be honest

  1. I seriously doubt that ISIS has “turned” on Israel. More likely, as you indicate is a possibility, this was just some everyday variety resistance to the occupiers that “ISIS” is now claiming credit for in order to bolster its unconvincing anti-Zionist credentials. Everybody the least bit tuned in knows Israel supports ISIS. Having said that, though, a lot of the fighters on the ground might be ignorant about the backroom machinations behind their activities, funding, and logistical support. It’s hard to believe they could be so dumb, however.

Yeah, she is cute. I think the ISIS attribution is entirely contrived. Though one stabbing appears well within the realm of possibility.

That ISIS truck attack in Jerusalem, on the other hand, looks like a CGI hoax. I mean aside from the image itself, the people in the crowd don’t even turn around or appear to hear the oncoming truck (they’re soldiers, living in a besieged country, right?) Those in the foreground don’t break formation or panic until many seconds after the “slaughter” and then all at once. Frankly, I’m not convinced of its genuineness. Not a drop of blood on truck’s pristine white bonnet, either.

    1. I don’t know. People act unpredictably. Sure, you may say they’re soldiers and should know how to handle these kinds of situation, but keep in mind these are israeli soldiers whose only combat experience is taking out Palestinian children armed with rocks.

Anyone who hears a truck bearing down on him will look around, training or not. It’s surreal. The photography isn’t clear enough to convince me it really happened.

While ISIS is indeed kosher, I’m not at all sure that most Israelis are aware of this. The ISIS threat theme is well worth propagating for domestic consumption. So much easier to defame Palestinians by association using the wealth of horror propaganda amassed under the ISIS banner.

She’s good looking enough to get out of khakis and into a bar in Madrid or Lisbon as a Mossad honey-trap. Maybe ISIS is doing talent scouting.
